Service Department

Here we are working on a customer's Mustang excavator. This unit was in for a leaking hydraulic hose and an engine service. Our service and hydraulics expertise can save you time and money.

Because of the reputation of our service department we have developed over the years, we find ourselves working on everybody's equipment, no matter who manufactured it. Here Stan is working on a brand new Case backhoe for a customer. Even though it was not purchased from Valley Crane, our customers know that our service department is second to none. Go ahead and give us a try. You will not be disappointed.

Valley Crane & Equipment has a state of the art equipment wash bay. This bay is equipped with a steam cleaner that can clean the most stuborn dirt at over 250 degrees F. Here Jack washes one of our field service trucks at the start of another week. We offer complete field service on most equipment including heavy hauling services in the event the repair requires bringing the unit back to the Launa Drive facility. Keep us in mind for all of your cleaning and heavy haul needs.

Here Darwin begins load testing one of our many tower cranes prior to installation at a customer's jobsite. We have everything we need to offer you the highest engineered, most reliable and safest tower cranes available on the commercial market. Even though we specialize in tower cranes, our service department is equipped to do hydro and truck crane inspections and full DOT inspections on most models of cranes and trucks.

Here Stan, our shop foreman explains to Rick and Dale that the engine in this customer's Gehl telehandler is completely worn out and needs to be overhauled. Our service department is totally capable of major engine and transmission repairs including complete rebuilding if necessary.
